SHIPPING POLICY

All deliveries under 140 pounds are shipped via UPS. The buyer pays all shipping costs. Insurance is required for all orders over $100.00. All items will be shipped with a signature required by UPS. A valid street address is required; P.O. boxes are not acceptable.

RETURN POLICY

Returned purchases are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price. The purchase must be returned in the original packing and box, within 5 days of the customer's receipt of the item. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

We pack all items with the utmost care. We have never had an item damaged in transit. If any item should be damaged during shipping, the item must be returned to us in the original packing and the original box, via registered mail, within 5 days of receiving the item. The customer will be refunded the full purchase price of the item, including shipping fees, upon approval of a valid claim with UPS.

PRIVACY POLICY

Mahalo Minerals is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of Privacy for its customers. Information collected from customers during the course of a business transaction will be protected. Information collected may be used internally by the company, for business analysis, but will not be sold or in any way transmitted to any outside agencies. All credit card transactions are protected by a 128 bit security server that encrypts all information. Mahalo Minerals wishes to assure its customers that their private information will remain private.
